This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love outside gross motor time which is very important to their development and coordination. Being able to play outside as much as possible is also beneficial to their overall health as they are able to get fresh air and exercise as they run and play. We are located in an urban city where outdoor play resources are not always readily available. These hoops and shed will allow me to offer new and exciting play opportunities to my students and keep the items safe from the weather and wear & tear.
