Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

Wonderfully awesome students. I am a K-5 Technology teacher and we are a high-poverty school.

Can you imagine a computer lab classroom that doesn't have any let alone one digital camera. Our computer lab is such. being a high poverty school we don't have the necessary funding to purchase such items.

There are so may events that occur during a school day that are often not captured in print only in the minds. Wouldn't it be awesome to be able to capture those moments on film, put all of those photos together and be able to show them off at functions for parents, students, and staff.

By funding this project you will enable students to become exposed to another source of technology. They will be able to learn how to use a camera, upload their photos, edit and compile those photos into a wonderful presentation.
