Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to love coming to Spanish class and to be motivated to engage in our learning tasks. The magnets will allow me to hang anchor charts on the whiteboards and doors for students to access easily. Our classroom does not have much usable wall space, but we have many doors and some whiteboards.

The stickers will add a motivation component for my K-2 students as they love recognition and praise.

The floor seats will entice older students to use the listening centers more frequently as they will be able to sit more comfortably on the floor. The retractable erasers will help resolve an ongoing challenge with erasers as students will not be able to break them, write on them or put holes on them.
