Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students come from all over the surrounding district. They do not live in the neighborhood where the school is located. So, they are bused from all areas and they are coming from low-income to no-income homes.

The only support that they have is from their teachers from this school.

We have to provide them with the supplies that they need for all of their projects (presentation boards, boarder quotes, signs, etc.) because their parents can not afford what they need. So, we have to depend on programs as DonorsChoose to help us with this endeavor.
