Help me give my students more shelves for the books I have added to our library this year. Our library continues to grow with books, but running out of space! The BINS will help with organizing!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My 2nd grade students are so excited about learning! They all work so well together and make sure everyone is taken care of. In my classroom, we are a TEAM, but more importantly, a FAMILY. My students take pride in their work and do their very best to reach their fullest potential in all they do within my classroom. Every day is full of laughter and smiles as the students share their excitement for learning with one another.
My class has 27 amazing, unique, and motivated 2nd graders with a love for READING!
They enjoy daily challenges to practice their skills especially if it involves some friendly competition. I strive to know the WHOLE student and make connections with them outside the classroom. My students love to show their learning through the use of AVID strategies! They are all very organized and take pride in keeping our classroom that way as well.
My Project
The book shelf furniture will be so beneficial in helping my classroom library be more organized! My students' love for reading continues to grow, but my lack of shelving space is keeping books in stacks. This is making it difficult for students to find a book quickly while also making it challenging to find a genre or book title they are specifically looking for. I have made my library space an area where students can "Lay out with a Good Book." I have pillows and a comfy couch that the students love to use while silent reading time.
Our reading levels and interests continue to grow at different levels and constantly change, but we don't have room to add any more books to our library without more shelving.
My students deserve to have a library that's organized and easily accessible. They show great love and responsibility in taking care of the library space on their own without needing reminders. I want to give my students a space that shows every book available. I want the shelves to give them the opportunity to browse all different books until they are inspired.
