Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have 27 third grade students who are ready to learn. What an exciting classroom it is for both the teacher and the students. The places my students can go are boundless.

My classroom includes students at all levels of learning.

Most of my students come from low-income homes. Many of them are English language learners who absorb words like sponges. They love both reading and math and are always up to be challenged. My students are always learning both in and outside the classroom. They are a hardworking bunch!

My Project

Third graders love projects! Their next project is to create a poster that advertises their favorite books. This year my students have read many books and now it is time for each student to pick one they think their classmates will love!

Students will design a book advertisement to promote their favorite books.

Using the card stock and ink requested in this project students will have the resources to print out all the information they need for their posters. Posters will be hung around the school to inspire all students to read our favorite books. Please consider giving to my students the necessary tools they need to be successful.
