Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Today’s children don’t know the impact that our environment has. These materials will allow my students to explore the benefits of our environment. Students need to know the benefits of our environment So they will know how to protect it.

Technology is here to stay but cannot replace going outside.

Our children today needs to know that there’s more than just a device, they need to be able to get out and explore the world and see what nature has to offer.

I hope to get this project funded so that I can teach the importance of our environment. I think the students will be very interested in the ant farm because most of them don’t realize the ants play a vital part of our lives. They need to be able to get out of the classroom, through the ways of books to have a better understanding.
