This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students face difficult challenges such as difficulty focusing and staying on-task while they take a state exam. They try hard but find difficulty in completing a state exam.

My students are fourth and fifth graders.

They struggle academically in all areas. They are special-needs students who work very hard. They attend public school in a low-income district. They enjoy coming to school everyday and put forth a tremendous effort in all academic areas.

My Project

I am requesting study centers that they will be able to use during all exams. These supplies will make test-taking so much easier for all of my students. It will give them an opportunity to complete all exams without distractions from other students.
