This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are incredibly amazing! However, they are lacking the feeling of comfort in the classroom. I want to include some comfort into the classroom with rugs, cushions, and lap desk to make them feel right at home.

I want the students to come into the classroom and feel right at home!

I want them to feel safe and part of that feeling is having the option of sitting on the floor at times to complete work. I really hope this helps boost the students' need of wanting to learn!
