My Students

I am a new Occupational Therapy graduate. I am looking forward to finding new supports for my therapy room in order to work towards each student success. The classrooms within my school district are self contained, integrated and general education. The students I work with have a variety of needs and often each student needs specifics support to improve function in and out of the classroom.

Student goals range from sensory difficulties to fine motor delays; The support of these activities will continue to help my students succeed in the classroom!

My Project

I am hoping to fill my therapy closet with these activities which will help develop a variety of skills my occupational therapy students need to succeed in their classroom and throughout their lives. Students will be able to work toward their goals such as overall strength/endurance, manual dexterity skills, and improving body awareness. Items such as Learning Resources Three Bear Family Sort, Pattern & Play Activity Set and the therapuddy will be used to help students with fine motor and visual perceptual delays. My students love being able to use new activities and I cannot wait until they see all these new activities and see what fun activities I have in store for them over this school year! Thank you in advance for all your support, I am excited to get my creative juices flowing!
