This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am writing to request your support in equipping my classroom with innovative STEM learning tools that will inspire and empower my students. By providing them with hands-on experiences, we can foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a lifelong passion for learning. My students are thriving with using Osmo kits and the number of students I have is growing so I would like to have more kits to support more students.
The materials I am requesting are:
Osmo Pizza Co. Educational STEM Learning Games: This interactive game will enhance math and communication skills while providing a fun and engaging learning experience.
Osmo-Math Wizard and the Secrets of the Dragons: This game will help students develop essential measurement and estimating skills through a captivating storyline.
Osmo - Detective Agency: This game will promote problem-solving and critical thinking as students investigate global mysteries.
Teacher Created Resources Power Pen and Learning Cards: These resources will provide students with targeted practice in various math concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, money, place value, and solving word problems.
How these materials will support my students:
These materials will offer my students a unique opportunity to learn STEM concepts in a fun and interactive way. By using technology, hands-on activities, and real-world problem-solving, students will develop essential skills that will prepare them for future success. These tools will also help to create a more engaging and motivating learning environment.
