My Students

My kindergarten classroom is full of curious, mindful, creative, and amazing kindergartners! They are beginning readers who have many different learning styles and who are just beginning to explore what it means to be a classroom citizen. We use many methods of instruction from hands-on learning to self-guided technology. My students love to try new things and are always up for a challenge! As our district has added more technology, our students are becoming more prepared for 21st century learning!

My Project

Osmo offers engaging games and activities that my students can use along with their iPads. Osmo can help them strengthen their alphabet knowledge, math and spacial skills, and many other skills important to young children. My students love using technology everyday in our classroom and they love learning through play. They are always so excited to try new tech, and I can’t wait to bring this into the classroom. It will not only help my struggling learners, but it will help my high-fliers improve their reading and math as well. The more pathways we build, the better our students will learn!
