Organized Technology...Making Our Classroom a Safer Place

Help me give my students a storage cart as a safe place to keep the Chromebooks that we are fortunate enough to have in our classroom.

My Students

I have a variety of students in my classroom, that are both diverse in culture and personality. Every year, I get to watch new students grow in those personalities. Junior high is a rough age, but these students take it in stride. They aren't always mellow and they aren't always organized, and that's where the teachers step in. We help them to become better academically as well as hone their abilities to become more productive young people.

Despite high energy and a little craziness, I couldn't see myself with any other group of kids than my junior high students.

It isn't always easy to handle, but they are completely worth it. They make my day and are a big part of my life. I couldn't be more thankful to teach this age group of students.

My Project

This technology cart will provide a common and secure place for our classroom Chromebooks. It will provide a place where they are easier to plug in and keep the cords out of the way.

We are not a one to one school, so these Chromebooks are a blessing to our school and should be secured so that all students may advantage in their use.

By providing security for them, it helps to ensure that all students in the classroom have the opportunity to use them when necessary. Additionally, it will help to keep the long cords from being a tripping hazard and clean up the look of our technology area.
