This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Everyday my students walk into our classroom full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. They strive to make the most of every day and deserve the absolute best.

I teach at a Title I school in New Jersey where 100 percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch.

Many of my students receive backpack food on the weekend. Despite so many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. They love school because they love learning new things that will help them to be successful in the future.

My Project

All students deserve a comfortable, organized work environment. For students to comfortably complete the work assigned, they need a place to store their books and supplies that they use in class. Right now, my students struggle to keep track of their belongings. These seat organizers will allow them to store all of their learning materials at their seats, making them easily accessible.

This will teach students valuable organizational skills they will use for the rest of their lives.

These chair sacks would make transitions to different subjects much smoother and give my students a place to keep their area organized and clutter free!
