My Project

I am requesting IKEA TROFAST storage shelves and bins, which are designed with young learners in mind. These systems use sturdy frames with removable bins that students can easily pull out, carry, and return on their own.

These shelves will help us:

Organize literacy materials (phonics tools, decodable readers, writing supplies)

Store math manipulatives for hands-on learning

Create purposeful play stations tied to our Bookworms curriculum

Support independence during center time

The bins come in multiple sizes and slide in and out easily, making them ideal for little hands.

With these storage systems, my students will:

Build independence and responsibility

Spend more time learning and less time searching for materials

Engage in meaningful play-based learning experiences

Develop organizational skills that support lifelong learning

An organized classroom allows me to better support small groups, differentiate instruction, and create a calm, productive environment where all students can thrive.
