My Project

My Students

My students are curious, bright, and enthusiastic historians who come to class eager to explore the world and understand history.

They thrive when learning is hands-on and interactive, but they come from diverse backgrounds and often lack basic organizational supplies. Despite these challenges, they show up every day ready to collaborate, ask thoughtful questions, and dive deep into our social studies lessons. They deserve classroom tools that keep them focused on critical thinking rather than struggling to keep track of loose papers.

My Project

These 3-ring binders will completely transform our interactive social studies notebooks. In past years, creating interactive notebooks meant spending endless class time cutting, folding, and gluing worksheets into traditional spiral or composition notebooks. Glue sticks dry out, cut pieces get lost on the floor, and valuable instructional minutes disappear into cleanup.

By switching to durable 3-ring binders, my students can instantly snap full-sized maps, primary source documents, and graphic organizers directly into their notebooks using a standard hole punch. This simple shift eliminates the mess and frustration of cutting and gluing, saving precious class time for rich historical discussions, collaborative projects, and deeper learning.
