Organize Our Books

Help me give my students the ability to choose a book that will appeal to their interest. The containers will be used to separate my books by genre/author. They will help my students in successfully choosing a book.

My Students

I teach in a small school tucked into the rolling hills of Athens County. My students come from all walks of life, but many are poor. Many of the students in my class have difficult home lives and school is their haven. I teach reading and social students and I have personally bought many books for the students to read.

Students in my class love to lose themselves in the books I provided.

My Project

These containers will help my students choose books by their favorite genre or author. Currently my books are put on shelfs that do not stay as organized as they should be. These containers, which I can label, would be a great help in keeping our books neatly organized and easier for the students to choose.

Most of my students love to read, but for those reluctant readers I strive to find a genre or author that appeals to them.

These containers would help these readers to revisit the box that contains the books they've found to like to read.
