This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As any teacher will tell you, one of the most helpful (yet expensive) things we could have in our classroom are bins for storage. Specifically, bins that are durable, and easy for students to access. I want students to feel as though the art room is their own studio, with easy access to everything they might need. These bins and storage shelf can make this dream come true!

I aim to give my students autonomy over their materials.

This means giving them an organized system for selecting their own tools for their work. With your help, we can make this a reality!

Ms. Peterson will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 31.
