Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students from Houston are determined and ready to succeed this school year. We are a tight community, where staff knows all the children and families.

They are bright and creative individuals who are ready to learn and strive for greatness.

They are really incredible children, who are very unique, kind hearted, sweet and loving. My students work hard everyday, so that they can reach that goal. Once the students reach that goal, they are so proud of themselves for all the hard work they did to get to where they are.

My Project

My students are learning on how to keep their journals and materials organized inside of their desk. Students tend to confuse which journals is for each subject or loose papers that get pushed to the back of their desk. Their materials like glues colors tend to get lost because of their lack of organization skills.

The containers will help my students become more organized.

They will store their reading and math journals in and store other materials in the drawers. The caddies will be used to place their white boards, expo markers, and erasers. This will make is more simple for students to find their materials and ease the transition from one subject to another.
