Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students attend a Title I school in a rural area. My students are extremely bright and active. They love to move as they learn. They are learning how to be more successful students by choosing where they work best in the classroom.

My students are bright and eager to learn but lack the resources to see their full potential.

A typical day in my classroom consists of teaching reading, language, and writing. My students engage in individual, peer, and small group works daily.

My Project

These items I have requested are key to organization in any classroom today. The items will help the students better organize their thoughts, and to be more productive in class. I am asking for basic supplies to use in the everyday classroom. The supplies may be used individually, in a whole group, or even in a small group setting. The beginning key to all student success is first becoming organized to be able to study and focus on the work at hand. Please help me help my students become organized and successful at the same time. Your donation would be very appreciated!
