My Students

Our students are in fourth grade, ages 9-10. We have a diverse population both culturally and economically in our area. We are a low-income​ school.

Our students have a desire to succeed!

They have positive attitudes and are hard workers.

Our students are excited to come to school and learn. Knowledge is power, they can do anything, and be anything! They are motivated and want to learn. We want to keep a positive energetic environment in our classrooms. We have amazing students. With support, guidance, and encouragement, they can accomplish anything!

My Project

Students need to have an organized learning environment to enhance their learning. When it is difficult to find things in desks, learning is slowed down for the entire class.

Organization is a skill that needs to be taught and learned.

Just like learning how to clean a room or do work at home, students need to learn how to organize their learning area.

These chair pockets will help students be organized. Having designated places for books and folders that are accessed every day. These chair pockets will help speed up learning transitions.
