My Project

The wonderful thing about my classroom is the diversity and variety of cultures it represents. Many students speak a different language and I would love to help them reach an understanding of unknown words by using realistic items through play.

The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of unknown vocabulary with hands on materials.

By implementing a curriculum-aligned dramatic play station into my day, students will have the power to use new vocabulary words through play. We know the more you say a "name" the likely it will "stick". The same with teaching our younger students new words! As a teacher, I completed professional developments to further my understanding on helping students make visual and auditory connections to new content. I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
