My Project

My inquisitive, fifth-grade students love to examine new ideas, people, and places through books. My desire is to create a classroom library that allows students to nurture and fuel their love of reading by offering them a variety of literary genres to explore, as well as by exposing them to nonfiction books that increase their awareness of the expansive world around them.

This school year students have been devouring our current book selections and are in need of more book options to help them keep up the momentum.

By donating to this project, not only will you be helping my students strengthen their reading skills, but you will also be helping to expand their knowledge of various topics and allowing them to live vicariously through the characters they will meet.
