My Students
I teach fourth grade at a Title I school in Michigan. My students are always so excited to learn new things. My goal is to provide them with multiple ways to learn and show their learning. This year, my students have a wide range of abilities and instructional needs. I need ways to help best reach them as learners.
My students are a fantastic group of kids who enjoy learning.
I am on a mission to pass on my love of learning to my students. My classroom is a safe haven for them. I want to provide many fun and engaging learning opportunities for them along with a comforting environment.
My Project
Classroom read aloud are a great way to engage students in our reading lessons. Our curriculum has us read Hatchet to our students but also allows for some flexibility in our read aloud.
This project will allow every student to have a copy of the books which can be used for many years to come.
This project includes three popular books that I would like to add class copies of to our classroom library. We are asking for Hatchet, Tracker, and the One and Only Ivan. In addition, we are asking for a coupon book. This will allow us to add another whole class set of books later on in the year which will be voted on by the students.
