Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I attended a weekend Computer Science workshop, where we were able to use these Indi cars among other coding robots.

Everyone at the workshop gravitated towards these Indi cars.

I loved them and the different possibilities to teach coding to younger students with the cars excited me.

My students will love these cars because they are a simple and engaging way to introduce coding to them. Over the past year I have grown my Computer Science program and am always looking for new ways to excite the students. I feel that these cars will start the process with the younger students and for those "brain break" days my older students will enjoy them also.

The charging case will help me to keep them organized, charged and ready for the next class.
