My Students

Students today are facing greater challenges than 10 years ago. Technology is the forefront in our lives as well as education. We have many interactive options with tools, but at times, those resources need to be replaced. We could use 3 sets of Promethean Participant Activ pens. Can you help us?

As both a parent and a teacher, I feel like I play a huge role in the lives of children.

My 3rd grade class is composed of 26 eager minds. We are honored to be residents of a small community where the parents are involved and concerned about the progress of their children. We work closely together to provide a positive learning experience both at school and home. In the past 18 years, I have seen the impact that technology has played in our classrooms.

My Project

I have seen the impact that technology has played in our classrooms. We no longer have blackboards, the majority of our lessons are taught using a Promethean board. But, with the new technology comes a new and critical need for replacements with some of these new resources. At this time, I am in need of three sets of Promethean Participant Activ pens for my students. With additional Activ Pens, our students reap the benefits of using it daily. They help with the interactivity of the flip charts for each lesson with our Promethean Board. Long story short, they are needed daily. These pens help engage our students with all subject areas. Flip charts are made, but without the pen, the interactivity is lost. We need the pens to complete the hands-on lessons in reading. math, science and social studies. Would you help bring three Promethean Participant Activ pen sets to our classroom?

To provide the tools my students need, the pens for our interactive board will need to be replaced.
