Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our fifth graders are a fantastic bunch of students who are enthusiastic about learning. Most of our students are going off to over 15 different middle schools, so 5th grade promotion is an important transition.

Oh, the Things We're For!" is a book that talks about social justice issues and encourages kids to make a change in the world.

As our 5th graders move on to middle school, this book will help encourage them to believe in themselves to be change makers in the world.

Please help our students recall this special transition from elementary to middle school with a feeling of love and support from the community.
