Help us continue printing our documents, reports, research, photos, certificates, and other learning materials with ink supplies for our classroom printers. We've got the printers, but we can't afford to maintain the ink supply.
My students are 8 years old and in the third grade.
The majority of my super, enthusiastic students are African American, several are of Latino descent, and a few other cultures represented as well. Our school is a Title 1 school (meaning we have a large population of minority and impoverished students). We are in an urban area of Southern California.
My Project
Very simply, we need ink for our printers. I have a printer at home and two printers at school, and they are used almost daily for school related projects. Students print research reports and essays with images. I print so many things for the students:vocabulary packets, lessons, learning materials, math problems, weekly achievement certificates, images and headings for bulletin boards, student photos, parent letters, and more. Ink is one of those basic resources that keep the classroom flowing, yet it's expensive and in very short supply.
Without ink, we cannot print the things we need.
Students can't display their computer generated work, and I can't supply the proper educational materials I need for students and parents.
More than half of students from low‑income households
