My Students

The best part about my job as a kindergarten teacher is the children who brighten my classroom each day. They are happy and kind and everything that we are doing is their favorite. Their smiles are contagious. They thrive on routine and get so excited every time they learn something new.

We all come from different backgrounds but when we come together we ARE "the purple class." It doesn't matter what is going on outside our classroom because our cozy classroom is a safe and happy place to play and learn together.

COVID-19 has made it harder but not impossible for us to get back to that.

My Project

The resources provided through Teachers Pay Teachers will afford my young learners the opportunity to have online lessons that are engaging. The children will be able to practice skills in a variety of ways so that they will meet all of the students needs.

The activities, such as digital word games, boom cards and paperless number talks will be aligned with state standards.

The resources will be selected to cover a variety of skills. They will also be fun and engaging, so that the students in my class can continue to love learning even if it is e-learning.
