Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are awesome! They love music. They continually impress me with their abilities and enthusiasm for learning. Our school community is welcoming and positive but we, unfortunately, do not have access to much of a budget.

My students live in a low-income, inner-city neighborhood, but that does not stop them from doing amazing things!

My hope with this project is to gather some odds and ends needed for the music room. Currently, batteries are needed for the keyboards, the xylophone mallets are due for an upgrade, and a practice pad will help expand the drum line. Your support goes a long way!
