Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Summer is hot and my students need cold and fresh water to cool them down. The ice machine will help cool them down as well as aid injuries that may happen. Empty water bottles can help with keeping them hydrated when they dont have a water bottle for the hot Arizona summer.

I work in a low income community as a school nurse and money is tight and many students come to school hungry.

These snacks will help hold them over between classes.

Personal care items to take home are something we take for granted sometimes. If possible, I send things home with students who don't have the means to buy at the store.

My goal is to help these kids in anyway I can. These supplies would mean the world to them.

Ms. Olivia will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by September 6.
