My Project

My amazing and deserving preschool children will love exploring with their new numbers! These four and five year olds will use them to build theme-related connections and one to one correspondence. Utilizing these numbers daily, in multiple ways will result in them learning to identify the numbers and the symbol association.

Having a set of die-cut numbers to make and use over and over, will promote number sense and math skills.

Using the numbers through purposeful play and learning activities will help establish a solid foundation in number skills and pre-reading skills.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
