My Project

Snacks can make a big difference in how well students do in school. When students have nutritious snacks, it helps them focus better and do their best in their studies.

Quick Energy:

Snacks with good nutrients give students a fast energy boost. This helps them stay alert and focused, especially during long study times.

Brain Power:

Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids in snacks are like super fuel for the brain. They make it work better, helping with remembering things, staying concentrated, and solving problems.

Feel Good, Do Good:

Snacks also affect how students feel. When snacks provide balanced nutrition, they help control moods and stress. Happy and less stressed students can deal with school challenges better.

Better Behavior:

Good snacks can even make students behave better in class. They become less restless and distracted, creating a positive environment for learning.

Staying Healthy:

Snacks that are good for you also keep you healthy. Healthy students are more likely to come to school regularly, making progress in their studies.
