My Project

Each year I create a math and science journal with my third-grade students. These are filled with notes of the skills we have covered in our lessons each week. These become a useful tool that they take home with them at the end of the school year and have all of the notes we have taken throughout third grade which they can study to prepare for their upcoming fourth-grade year.

I've found that printing the notes on colorful paper adds a little excitement to what we are working on and keeps the student's attention during our discussion.

With the purchase of the supplies requested, I will be able to continue printing the colorful notes to journals for the rest of this school year and a majority of the next as well.
