This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students are hard workers, love to participate during discussions and love being at school. Some students have even wished to stay at school all night.

This a wonderful group of students whom are eager to read and write everyday and are always looking for new tools to learn and grow with.

My students have grown up in a growing community. Many of my students have had hard beginnings and our school is the place where they are able to grow, be supported and be provided with everything they need to learn.

My Project

Please help out my students to get non-fiction reading books and dry erase markers!

The students need non-fiction reading books to help them explore and research animals and other topics to learn all about.

They will then turnkey the information they read to help them write their non-fiction chapter books. The students also need dry erase markers because every morning the students are using dry erase markers to complete math, writing, phonics and various activities that involve writing on white boards. Since they are used daily, the students go through tons of markers. The students also use these markers to do their math centers.
