it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In today's technology filled world, all students should have the necessary tools and equipment. Luckily, each student in my district is issued a laptop but beyond that, other items either need to be provided by me or my students need to bring them from home which neither scenario is 100% possible.
This is where your help comes in.
If each of my students has their own noise cancelling headphones, every student can work in a quiet, engaging environment. They will be able to peacefully listen to audio books, play their learning games without disturbing others, read engaging articles about topics of their interests, or listen to music while writing or creating art.
Without headphones, the classroom becomes increasingly noisy which doesn't allow me to work effectively in small groups or with individual students. So, with your generosity, there can be a plethora of different learning activities going on at one time so we can maximize our daily instructional minutes.
