My Project

I want to gift my students with permanently captured moments in school.

Beginning of the year, I embarked on a special project to create a yearbook for the whole 10th grade class made out of polaroid films because I wanted to gift them with a one-and-only yearbook dedicated just for them.

I decided on Polaroid films due to their immediate results and the warmness that they captured of my students. The excitement that my students showed to these films made me realize that I wanted to gift them with their first ever yearbook, a physical remembrance of their sophomore year, as well as just taking pictures of them for their own keeping. I always felt bad about not being able to gift them their own pictures because I didn't have enough films to do so.

By donating to this project, you will help create lasting gifts that capture moments that cannot be replicated. These Polaroid films aren't just a medium to seize a moment; they can help improve class culture and uplift a student's day. I have no doubt that this project can embolden the 10th grade class community.
