My Project

My students attend a Title I school where many arrive to class without basic supplies like pencils, paper, or project materials. To support them, I have created a communal supply area in our classroom so every student can access what they need to learn and participate. However, our current system is worn down, drawers are broken, materials are disorganized, and students often lose valuable learning time searching for supplies.

This project will help us rebuild and replenish our classroom supply station with durable organizers, drawers, and pencil holders.

A well-organized space will allow students to quickly and independently find materials, reducing stress and increasing time on task.

Having a reliable communal supply area is especially important as I expand project-based learning opportunities in my classroom. Many of my students love expressing themselves through creative, hands-on work, but they need access to consistent materials to do so. With your support, we can create a functional, welcoming space that ensures all students—regardless of their background—have the tools they need to succeed and create with confidence.
