No More Whiteboard Whereabouts

Help me give my students a Classroom Select Neoclass Activity Table with a markerboard top to assist in maximizing learning time and minimizing transition time that is typically needed to grab and manage additional materials, such as whiteboards.

My Students

Our elementary school sits in an inner city district and is a Title I school. 100% of students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students face challenges every day, in and out of the classroom.

I have a group of diverse learners that come in and out of my classroom daily for instruction.

I am a special education teacher for grades 3 through 5. My students require various instructional strategies and approaches to meet their wide variety of academic and social-emotional needs. They may come in on different levels but we are all growing and learning together.

My Project

Whiteboards, whiteboards, everywhere! We use whiteboards in my resource room on a daily basis to show what we know, work out math problems, and work with words/letters. Whiteboards are an essential piece in our multisensory approach to learning, plus, their fun and environmentally friendly. The utilization of whiteboards, however, requires passing out and managing materials, which can hinder instructional time.

A whiteboard table will optimize learning sessions by providing opportunities for collaboration, comprehension checking, informal assessing, and information sharing without losing valuable instructional time.

If you donate to this whiteboard table project, we would be able to minimize transition time and maximize learning time. This would increase the amount of time we can use growing our brains!
