My Students

My students are not boring. They are humorous hard workers. My students are eager learners. Most struggle with reading and writing. Many of these children are identified as students with developmental delays and specific disabilities. Each child has such unique academic and social emotional needs.

My students amaze me with their individual approaches to the class lessons everyday.

Their personalities shine moment to moment. We all laugh and enjoy those moments one task at a time.

My co-teacher and I teach in the inclusion classroom. We both share responsibility for all of our children. If you walk into our room tomorrow you will not be able to identify me as the special education teacher and her as the general education teacher. We walk seamlessly through our instruction to best meet the needs of all our children.

My Project

The Epson printer that I am requesting will allow me to print hands on activities for my students. These activities will correlate with my virtual instruction.

I want to be able to provide a virtual learning experience that incorporates in person learning activities .

I work from home and I want to print and create learning packets for students to have at home. These activities will incorporate paper and pencil as well as cut and paste activities. I want these children to feel the consumables in their hands to go beyond the computer screen required for distance learning.
