This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Help me give my students new supplies for a new school year. I am preparing for the next school year and trying to make sure we have what we need for the new year.
Having the necessary materials will give my students a successful start to the new school year.
Being in a rural, title one, school is hard because the kids don't always come with what they need.
We use the pencils daily for written work and everyday papers. We will use the folders for take home folders, handwriting folders, and novel studies units. We use the markers and glue for arts and crafts and the Mr. Sketch markers are used for learning charts. Other materials, such as pens, paper, dry-erase markers, zipper pouches, and notebooks are used daily for a successful classroom environment.
Having extra supplies allows me to make sure all of my students have the tools they need for success. Thank you for considering my 2nd and 3rd graders and donating to their future.
