Being a young teacher, my students often end up being guinea pigs. This 3rd grade class loves trying new things and are always flexible with whatever is thrown at them. These students come in every morning ready to make good choices and enjoy learning.
Despite their many differences, these students put in so much effort to work together and make the best out of every day.
Part of our school mission is for every student to be safe, responsible, and respectful. These students really take that to heart and put forth their best effort.
My Project
These materials and supplies will help my students start this year off strong! These items are some of the most essential supplies we use in our classroom and we won't have to wonder if there will be enough of them to go around.
Because of the high poverty rate, it is always a toss up if each student will bring in the suggested school supplies.
By getting items such as the storage bags and Expo markers I know we can start practicing spelling and math right away.
We have bean bags in the classroom that have gotten a lot of use. The bean bag filler will help bring those back to life and give the students another fun flexible seating option again.
