My Project

Every Friday my students and I do a directed drawing journal for the letter of the week and or the weekly concept we are learning about. Thick journal paper and black Sharpies are very important to make these journals extra special. We will be taking all the entries from the year and making a keepsake for the families.

The magnetic storyboard will allow the students to practice fun nursery rhymes, retell stories, and or make up their own stories with flannel board story kits.

Also, cardstock, and sentence strips allow the students to participate in making fun crowns for events and holidays throughout the school year. Students will also be able to explore number identification and number values with the number boards.
