My Project

I am beyond excited to be moving from middle school science to middle school art. We don't have much of a budget so I want ask the kind and generous donors to help me in my new position.

Art was my favorite subject in school and that's the experience I want my students to have.

Even the ones who don't have confidence in their artistic abilities. My hope is for every student to enjoy art and to be proud of the work they create.

I have added some basics, like hand held sharpeners to keep students at their tables to keep movement at a minimum. I also have erasers and paper because... art class! I have a fun blind contour drawing project that will use the bleeding tissue paper and white pastels. I added two types of Sharpies for drawing and outlining and a variety of projects. And, lastly, tag board can be used for drawing with a variety of materials or can be sculpted for a 3-dimensional project.
