Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is a Title I school where most students come from low-income or poverty-stricken homes or may live in a motel. All of the students receive free lunch. Most are English Language Learners, while some have special needs. These students come to school eager to learn every day with big smiles on their faces, regardless of their circumstances. I want to help my students in every way that I can in order for them to be successful in reaching their goal of developing their skills, and of course, have fun! I am very excited to meet my new class of amazing kiddos! I cannot wait to grow along with my students this year and share all of their amazing experiences with their classmates, parents, and our school!

Next school year, I would like to supply my class with a some important school supplies that they will need and use throughout the year.

My parents have enough on their plate to worry about getting school supplies for their child so I would like to help by having them ready for their child! These will include: white board erasers, pencils, and dry erase markers. The chart paper will be used to create anchor charts throughout the year and the laminating sheets and cardstock will be used to create fun literacy/math resources. Thank you for your support!
