My Project

Hello! My name is Ms. Tep, I will be teaching at a new school! I have been an art teacher for 4 years, this will be my 5th. There is a beautiful kiln in the art room that we have not used yet! And as my first year here, I would love to give students a chance to try out some clay for a sculptural project. Our students are very creative and they deserve to experience other art besides drawing!

We will be learning the basics of clay such as coils, slabs, and pinch pots and will be combining these three techniques to create one cohesive project.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
