My Students

In New Orleans, we are a high poverty, high achieving school my students need to learn to manage their stress at times of testing. They are always ready to take on challenges and work so hard everyday. While teaching math & science I also need to teach them to manage anxiety.

I plan to use fidget toys and brainteasers to give my gifted students some brain breaks.

Your donation could help my students learn how to use their time wisely, be less stressed, and be able to cope with their work load of class assignments and projects. I need to make learning "enjoyable" and you can help me achieve this goal.

We have few supplies with missing pieces in old games at school, I need these fidget toys to teach essential life skills to my students so they become able and responsible citizens.

The majority of my students come from a low-income, urban community, yet they continue to strive for improvement. My parents are fully on board. My students deserve the best; my parents wish for something more than worksheets at school. These Fidget toys will be very much desired and will have the needed effect.

My Project

I teach at a High Poverty High Performance school where my students are excited and motivated to learn and excel. My parents are totally committed to help but majority of my students are from a low income community and most of them are on the free lunch program. My class needs a Set of Tangle Fidget Toys, Geo Twister, Fat Brain Toys Fold Origami, Toy smith Wood Fidget Puzzles, and a few exciting games to make school worthwhile.

In New Orleans my class is made up of gifted students who are so stressed at times that we need some relief and release from worksheets and screen-time, we need Tangles toys, Origami Brainteasers,and a few intricate puzzles to keep my gifted students motivated, engrossed and well grounded.

To keep my students motivated and focused we need these stress release games so as to come back with a vigor needed to excel. My parents are totally on board and support me. Your donation to our cause will make a 'BIG' difference as their scores will improve and they will be ready to take on more challenges.
