My Project

My students deserve a classroom where they feel inspired, seen, and excited to learn each day. As a new second-grade teacher building my very first classroom, these books will help create meaningful read-alouds, strengthen literacy skills, spark imagination, and encourage a lifelong love of reading. I want every child to find stories they connect with and look forward to opening a book each day, especially finding a book that they see themselves represented in and can feel proud of their culture. Your generosity will help create a welcoming classroom community where every student can grow as a reader and learner.
