My Students

My students spent all of last school year learning remotely. As we transition back into the classroom this year, I need to ensure that we have the proper tools necessary to learn as safely as possible.

Our school serves students in grades sixth through eighth and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers, and a safe learning environment.

Our school is comprised of 320 amazing students from an urban community. All of our students are recipients of the free breakfast and lunch program.

My Project

My students love getting new books in our classroom. My heart soars when I see them arguing over who gets the newest book first. We are transitioning back from Winter Break, and I need to replenish the books in my classroom library.

These books will get my students excited to read!

My students love variety and I want to expose them to some new genres they may not have explored yet. These books will help students step outside their comfort zone. I can't wait to see their faces when I start unpacking the boxes! Thank you for your support!
