My Students

I have the honor of teaching a musically inspired community of students. We engage in a variety of cultural experiences via music. These students range from Young 5's to 5th grade.

They are a cultural, unique, energetic, and motivated community that are in need of new and exciting artistic experiences.

My students come from a very diverse and engaging learning community, many of which are from low-income​ families. These students will get to explore a whole new world of music with your help and kindness.

My Project

We are looking to maximize spacing in our room, while providing easy and adequate seating. These beautiful, lightweight, and stackable stools will ensure my students have proper seating and posture while performing on instruments.

These stools will also help us take up less space, and maximize our ability to spread out safely while learning during this pandemic.

These stools are also easy to sanitize, which will help us maintain a clean environment in which to learn and play. It will be so much easier to perform instruments, such as ukulele and drumming, with more adequate seating for our classroom.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
